Super elastic wire vs Shape memory alloy plate.
In most cases super elastic wire is recommened.On the other hand shape memory alloy plates can be used is only for the case with short trimmed soft nail which does not have a white portin of the nail plate.
Patient 1. Ingrown toe nail.
Patient 2. Incurvated toe nail.
Patient 3. Incurvated toe nail in young adult.
Patient 4.Incurvated toe nail with sever inflammation.
Patient 5. Ingrown nail of the thumb.
Patient 6. Ingrown nail of the index finger.
Patient 7. Three wall type ingrown toe nail.
